Travis Potzner, Sales Associate
Phone: 515-707-1500   Email: tpotzner@mossyoakproperties.com
My name is Travis Potzner and I have lived in Madison County, Iowa all my life. I have grown up around the tradition of Whitetail Deer hunting and have been blessed with a family whose passion runs as deep as mine. I started out as a 5 year-old sitting patiently and quietly in the woods with my dad. From that first day sitting in the woods and watching all of God’s creations before my eyes, I knew that this was something that would be a part of my life forever. I had harvested my first Whitetail buck with my bow at age 7, and have continued this addiction and tradition to this day. There are not many days between opening day and the last day of hunting season that you won’t find me in the deer woods. I have been brought up to respect and manage Whitetails from an early age because of the importance that it has on their environment and my hunting opportunities. I have been in countless situations where mother nature has left me in awe; which is mainly what fuels my passion to return to the woods again and again. I believe that Iowa is God’s Country and is THE best place to hunt Whitetail Deer. I am currently a college student at the University of Northern Iowa where I am pursuing a double major of Finance and Real Estate. UNI is one of the only universities that offers this program to students and I have been taking full advantage of it. I have finished my education for my Iowa Real Estate license in 2014 and have been really excited to begin my career with Mossy Oak Properties. Since I have always been part of the process of locating and creating the perfect hunting properties with my dad; I know I have the knowledge to help others discover their dream property.
